Most trim carpenters will not touch a true curve, or they fake it with a stack of tight miters that show every joint. We template the radius, bend and mill the piece in our own shop, and install it ourselves, so the curve is real and the line is unbroken.

We do. We build new arches, rotundas, and curved stairs, and we also re-mill or rebuild damaged radius trim, handrail, and casing so a repair disappears into the original run.
